Turn Inside Out

1. Before washing, gently turn your T-shirt inside out. This protects prints, embroidery, or lettering from friction and fading, keeping your design vibrant and true.

2. Wash with Care

Use cold water and a mild, pH-balanced detergent. Cold water preserves color and prevents shrinking, while gentle detergent helps maintain softness. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals that weaken the fabric.

3. Handle with Intention

Wash your Saint Royaume pieces with similar fabrics. Avoid mixing heavy materials like denim or towels with lightweight items to prevent stretching or pilling.

4. Air Dry When Possible

For best results, air-dry your garments. Lay them flat or hang them in a shaded area to maintain shape and quality. If you must use a dryer, choose a low-heat setting to prevent damage.

5. Don’t Over-Wash

Washing less is caring more. Unless visibly soiled, avoid washing your shirt after every wear. Over-washing wears down fibers and fades the richness of color.

6. Store with Care

Fold your shirts neatly rather than hanging them if they’re made of soft cotton or stretch materials. Hanging can stretch the neckline over time. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Upon receipt, opening, wearing, or use of a package, we regret to inform you that returns and refunds will not be accepted. Exceptions to this policy will only be considered in the event that customers receive incorrect orders, wherein discrepancies such as size, color, or a significant deviation from the item description are identified. In such cases, customers will be given the option to receive store credit or exchange the item.

For the purpose of identification confirmation, customers are required to furnish a receipt that corresponds with the provided name and address details. Customers must also submit an image of the damaged or incorrect item for evaluation. Our team will assess the condition and determine if a return or exchange is required.

We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached for the exchange or store credit to be processed.

How Long Does it Take to Ship?

Upon order placement, a confirmation number will be promptly dispatched to the customer within 48 hours. Subsequent to confirmation, the process of preparation, packaging, and shipping is estimated to be completed within 7-14 business days.

How do I track my order?

Upon successful processing of a customer's order, an email will be dispatched containing the confirmation number and/or order number, along with the respective tracking information for their item.
